御馬酒莊（Yu Ma Winery）始建於 1998 年，是寧夏賀蘭山東麓青銅峽甘城子產區最早的現代化大型拓荒者與先鋒名莊之一。酒莊坐落於北緯 38° 賀蘭山東麓洪積扇平原，西依巍峨賀蘭山阻擋寒風，東臨黃河自流灌溉。這裡坐擁年均逾 3000 小時日照、15℃ 晝夜溫差以及富含碳酸鹽與微量元素的古老沙礫土壤，造就了糖酸平衡、單寧充沛的優質釀酒葡萄。

酒莊精選 20 年以上老藤赤霞珠（Cabernet Sauvignon）與梅鹿輒，嚴格執行單株控產與逐粒甄選。酒液經控溫發酵與精選法國橡木桶陳釀 12～18 個月，地下酒窖長年瓶儲熟成。酒體呈現深邃寶石紅光澤，散發濃郁成熟黑櫻桃、黑醋栗、黑李子、香草、肉桂、烤堅果與雪松氣息；單寧飽滿緊實而圓潤，酒體雄渾厚實，餘味悠長，屢獲比利時布魯塞爾大賽金獎等國際榮譽。

Yu Ma Winery, founded in 1998, stands as one of the pioneer boutique wine estates in the Qingtongxia region along the Eastern Foothills of Helan Mountain, Ningxia (38°N). Blessed with Yellow River irrigation, gravelly alluvial soils, and 3,000+ sunshine hours annually, it crafts wines of remarkable concentration and depth.

Harvested from 20+ year old vines, Yu Ma wines undergo temperature-controlled fermentation and 12 to 18 months of French oak aging. The flagship Cabernet Sauvignon unfolds rich aromas of dark cherry, cassis, vanilla, toasted hazelnut, and cedar, framed by firm, velvety tannins and a powerful, structured finish.
