卓德酒莊（Château Zorde）坐落於寧夏賀蘭山東麓銀川金山小產區，是賀蘭山東麓深具代表性的國家權威有機認證精品酒莊。酒莊全面踐行「有機生物動力學」種植哲學，全鏈條杜絕化學合成農藥、除草劑與化肥，葡園行間自然保留生草與野花多樣性，土壤礫石含量高達 70% 以上，透氣富礦，純粹天然。

釀造上推崇低干預重力釀造，手工逐穗精選有機赤霞珠（Cabernet Sauvignon）與有機美樂（Merlot）。酒液經精選法國橡木桶陳釀 12 個月以上自然熟化，酒體呈深邃紫紅色，散發新鮮黑加侖、紫羅蘭、黑莓、香草與清新的礦物氣息；口感純淨活潑、多汁平衡，單寧如絲綢般細膩柔和，真實演繹了有機風土的純真本味。

Château Zorde is a certified organic boutique winery located in the Jinshan sub-region of Ningxia's Helan Mountain East Foothills. Committed to organic biodiverse viticulture without synthetic chemicals, the vineyard thrives on gravelly soils containing over 70% natural stones.

Crafted from organic Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot with gentle gravity vinification and 12+ months of French oak aging, Zorde wines deliver vibrant notes of cassis, violet, blackberry, and mineral stone, featuring pure fruit clarity and supple, silky tannins.
