中國葡萄酒的譜系，一端是百年工業史，另一端是近二十年的精品酒莊浪潮。1892 年張弼士在煙台創辦張裕，開啟中國工業化釀酒；1963 年誕生的長城，1988 年起由中糧集團經營。貴州茅臺以醬香白酒為本業，2002 年才在河北昌黎設葡萄酒公司。
其餘多成形於近三十年：新疆樓蘭（1976 年建廠）、尼雅（1997）、雲南香格里拉（2000）。
Chinese wine today spans two very different eras. Changyu, founded in 1892 by Zhang Bishi in Yantai, began China's industrial winemaking, and Great Wall, launched in 1963, has been run by state-owned COFCO since 1988. Kweichow Moutai is a sauce-aroma baijiu house that only added a winery in Changli, Hebei, in 2002.
Most other names are recent: Loulan (winery built in 1976), Niya (1997) and Shangri-La (2000), in Xinjiang and Yunnan.
張裕 Changyu
張裕是中國最早的工業化葡萄酒企業。1892 年，張弼士在山東煙台創辦張裕釀酒公司；1997 年 4 月 27 日，煙台張裕集團有限公司成立，上市主體煙台張裕葡萄釀酒股份有限公司其後發行 B 股與 A 股。集團總部至今仍在煙台。
產品線涵蓋葡萄酒與白蘭地，包括張裕解百納、寧夏賀蘭山東麓的龍諭酒莊、北京愛斐堡酒莊與煙台可雅白蘭地酒莊；酒莊布局亦延伸至寧夏、北京、遼寧、新疆與陝西。
Changyu is China's oldest industrial winery. In 1892 Zhang Bishi founded Changyu Winery in Yantai, Shandong — the first company to make wine on an industrial scale in China. Yantai Changyu Group Co., Ltd. was established on 27 April 1997; the listed entity, Yantai Changyu Pioneer Wine Co., later issued B and A shares.
Its portfolio covers wine and brandy: the 解百納 range, 龍諭酒莊 on the eastern slopes of the Helan Mountains in Ningxia, 愛斐堡酒莊 near Beijing and the 可雅 brandy chateau in Yantai. Beyond Shandong the group also has projects in Ningxia, Beijing, Liaoning, Xinjiang and Shaanxi.

長城 Great Wall
長城原為民權葡萄酒廠 1963 年推出的品牌，1988 年由中糧集團取得。中糧體系內另有中國長城葡萄酒有限公司（1983 年成立於河北懷來沙城鎮）等企業，品牌現由中糧長城酒業有限公司經營。
產區覆蓋沙城懷涿盆地、河北昌黎、山東蓬萊、寧夏賀蘭山東麓與新疆天山，對應桑干酒莊、華夏酒莊與天賦酒莊；中國第一支乾型葡萄酒由長城推出，並曾為 2008 年北京奧運會與 2010 年上海世博會唯一指定用酒。
Great Wall began in 1963 as a wine brand of the Minquan winery, and COFCO's wine arm acquired the brand in 1988. Within COFCO there is also China Great Wall Wine Co., established in 1983 in Shacheng, Huailai, Hebei. The brand is now operated by COFCO's Great Wall wine company (中糧長城酒業有限公司).
Production is spread across Shacheng in the Huaizhuo basin, Changli, Penglai, Ningxia's Helan Mountain and Xinjiang, with estates such as 桑干酒莊, 華夏酒莊 and 長城天賦酒莊. Great Wall released China's first dry wine and was the sole designated wine of the 2008 Beijing Olympics and the 2010 Shanghai Expo.

茅臺 Moutai
茅臺是中國白酒（醬香型）的代表品牌。茅臺酒產於貴州省仁懷市茅臺鎮；1951 年，地方政府將成義、榮和、恆興三家私營酒坊合併，成立地方國營茅臺酒廠；上市主體貴州茅臺酒股份有限公司於 1999 年 11 月 20 日成立，由茅臺集團主發起。
集團另有葡萄酒業務：旗下昌黎葡萄酒業有限公司於 2002 年 7 月成立，位於河北秦皇島昌黎縣碣石山產區，產品分為老樹、莊園、大師、國粹、經典與橡木桶陳釀六大系列，品牌因此橫跨白酒與葡萄酒兩類。
Moutai is China's best-known baijiu brand — a sauce-aroma spirit, not a wine. It is made in Maotai Town, Renhuai, Guizhou; in 1951 the local government merged three private distilleries (Chengyi, Ronghe and Hengxing) into a state-owned distillery. The listed company, Kweichow Moutai Co., Ltd., was established on 20 November 1999, with Moutai Group as lead promoter.
The group also runs a winery: Kweichow Moutai Group Changli Grape Wine Co., founded in July 2002 in the Jieshishan area of Changli, Hebei. Its six ranges are written in Chinese only — 老樹 (Old Vine), 莊園 (Estate), 大師 (Master), 國粹 (National Essence), 經典 (Classic) and 橡木桶陳釀 (Oak-Barrel Aged). The Moutai name therefore covers both baijiu and wine.

香格里拉 Shangri-La
香格里拉酒業股份有限公司成立於 2000 年 1 月，登記地在雲南迪慶香格里拉，屬外商投資股份制企業，現為金六福投資有限公司旗下。
品牌以「香格里拉」葡萄酒與「大藏秘」青稞乾酒為主線，另有天籟、恆美等系列；葡萄原料來自雲南迪慶高原，並在秦皇島與煙台設廠。「香格里拉」既是品牌也是雲南產區通稱，酩悅軒尼詩在此另設敖雲酒莊，與香格里拉酒業並非同一家公司。
Shangri-La Wine Company Limited was established in January 2000 in the Shangri-La area of Diqing, Yunnan, as a foreign-invested joint-stock company. It sits within the Jinliufu investment group.
Its two main lines are Shangri-La wines and Dazangmi highland-barley dry wine, plus ranges such as Tianlai and Hengmei; grapes come from the Diqing plateau, and the company also built plants in Qinhuangdao, Hebei and Yantai, Shandong. Note that "Shangri-La" is both a brand and the common name of the Yunnan region, where LVMH's separate Ao Yun estate also operates.

樓蘭 Loulan
樓蘭的核心企業是吐魯番樓蘭酒莊股份有限公司，位於新疆吐魯番盆地東側的鄯善縣。酒廠始建於 1976 年；1996 年更名新疆樓蘭酒業有限公司，2007 年由酒水營運商商源集團收購重組，2016 年改為現名並登陸新三板，控股股東為商源集團有限公司。
產品分為古堡、酒莊、絲路、深根等系列。
Loulan's operating company is Turpan Loulan Chateau Co., Ltd., on the eastern side of the Turpan Basin in Shanshan County, Xinjiang. The winery was first built in 1976; it was renamed Xinjiang Loulan Wine Co. in 1996, acquired and restructured in 2007 by the drinks distributor Shangyuan Group, and took its current name in 2016, when it listed on China's New Third Board.
Shangyuan Group is the controlling shareholder. Its product ranges are Chateau, Winery, Silk Road and Deep Root.

尼雅 Niya
尼雅是新疆葡萄酒品牌，由中信尼雅葡萄酒股份有限公司運營。該上市公司成立於 1997 年（工商登記日 1997 年 7 月 7 日），原稱中信國安葡萄酒業股份有限公司，2023 年更名為中信尼雅，現隸屬中信國安實業集團有限公司，於上海證券交易所上市（600084.SH）；除尼雅外，公司亦擁有西域、新天等品牌。
原料來自天山北麓與伊犁河谷兩大產區（瑪納斯、阜康、石河子、霍爾果斯等地），並在山東煙台設有生產廠；代表產品有尼雅·五星東方赤霞珠乾紅等。
Niya is a Xinjiang wine brand operated by CITIC Niya Wine Co., Ltd. (600084.SH). The listed company was established in 1997 (registered on 7 July 1997), was known as CITIC Guoan Wine Co. and took the CITIC Niya name in 2023, and now sits under CITIC Guoan Industrial Group; besides Niya it also holds the Xiyu and Xintian brands. It trades on the Shanghai Stock Exchange.
Its grapes come from two main areas — the northern slopes of the Tianshan range and the Ili River valley — and it has plants at Manas, Fukang, Shihezi, Khorgos and Yantai in Shandong. Its signature wine is a Cabernet Sauvignon released under the Chinese name 尼雅·五星東方赤霞珠乾紅.
