銀色高地酒莊（Silver Heights）被譽為中國精品家族酒莊的傳奇標杆，坐落於寧夏賀蘭山東麓海拔 1200 米的金山小產區。莊主兼首席釀酒師高源（Emma Gao）畢業於法國波爾多第二大學釀酒系，全面在葡園中踐行嚴苛的「生物動力法（Biodynamics）」與自然農法，依循天體月相種植，完全尊重自然生態循環。

酒莊採用天然野生酵母低溫發酵，經法國頂級橡木桶陳釀 12～24 個月，酒體未經過濾直接裝瓶以保留最純粹的風土本真。酒體呈深邃紅寶石色，散發黑加侖、紫羅蘭、黑松露、雪松與優雅礦物岩石氣息；單寧如天鵝絨般緊密細緻，酸度極富生命力，結構宏大深邃，多次榮登國際頂級酒評家 95+ 高分榜單。

Silver Heights is widely celebrated as the pioneer benchmark of Chinese artisanal family wine estates. Nestled at 1,200m altitude in the Jinshan sub-region of Ningxia's Helan Mountain, winemaker Emma Gao (Bordeaux DNO trained) implements strict biodynamic viticulture.

Utilizing indigenous wild yeast fermentation and 12 to 24 months of fine French oak maturation without heavy filtration, Silver Heights wines reveal extraordinary purity: cassis, violet, black truffle, cedar, and mineral complexity with velvety tannins and immense longevity.
