一品西夏酒莊（Yipin Xixia Winery）植根於寧夏賀蘭山東麓核心葡萄產區，融合千百年西夏古風土文化與現代釀造工藝。葡園地處北緯 38° 賀蘭山腳下，常年沐浴強烈高山日光（3000+ 小時），晝夜溫差可達 15℃，透氣沙質粘壤與礫石交織，有利於葡萄糖分積累與單寧的深度成熟。
酒莊精選成熟赤霞珠（Cabernet Sauvignon）與蛇龍珠，採用現代低溫控溫發酵與傳統橡木桶陳釀熟化。酒體呈明亮深寶石紅，散發成熟黑李子、紅櫻桃、甘草、香草與微甜辛香料香氣；單寧細緻和順，酸度平衡柔美，口感圓潤易飲，展現出極具親和力與性價比的賀蘭山東麓佳釀魅力。

Yipin Xixia Winery is nestled at the base of the Helan Mountains in Ningxia, drawing inspiration from ancient Western Xia historical heritage. Situated along the 38°N viticultural belt, the vineyards enjoy generous sunlight and sharp day-night temperature swings on alluvial sandy soils.
Vinified from carefully selected Cabernet Sauvignon and matured in oak barrels, Yipin Xixia wines present a radiant ruby-garnet color, ripe plum and red berry aromas, accompanied by sweet spice and gentle oak, delivering a smooth, rounded, and food-friendly palate.
